To Whom
it May Concern:
We have been using a ForeverWater purifier in my
laboratory for several months now. We are extremely
pleased with its performance. There are eight scientific
researchers in my lab, both predoctoral and postdoctoral
scientists. We conduct biomedical research. Our research
requires 2-3 gallons of ultra pure water a day for
performing a wide variety of biochemical reactions
including molecular biology analysis of protein, DNA and
RNA, and preparation of media to culture cells.
Prior to purchasing a ForeverWater purifier, we were
using a Barnstead reverse osmosis filtering system. We
were dissatisfied with the quality of water from the
Barnstead unit. We experienced periodic experiment
failure due to poor water quality. However, since using
the ForeverWater purifier, which we are running on
straight tap water, we have experienced no experimental
problems attributable to poor water quality.
We have been using water from our ForeverWater unit in
all of our experiments requiring pure water. We have
specifically tested its performance in experiments
handling RNA, protein and DNA. We have observed no
degradation in any case. We have also tested it in
enzymatic reactions involving RNA, DNA and protein with
perfect success.
In summary, I recommend the use of a ForeverWater
purifier to anyone conducting biomedical research. I
enthusiastically endorse this product and am currently
recommending it to my colleagues at Oregon Health
Sciences University.
Sincerely,
Rosalie
